Use the link below to schedule a showing. There are (2) types:

  • Paid showing (requires a deposit)
  • Free showing

Free showings can be cancelled if less than 2 people are scheduled to attend.

Paid showing require a $15 (refundable) deposit.

Your deposit is 100% refunded when you attended the showing. Your deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your showing.

Simply send us a “selfie” of yourself in unit (during the showing) to receive your refund! You’ll get your deposit back within 4-7 days (depending on your bank).

Showing FAQ

What the difference between paid and free showings?
Free showings may be cancelled if less that 2 people are scheduled to attend. Paid showings are priority and can be a minimum of just 1 person.
How long does it take to get my money back
You’ll get your deposit back (after we receive your selfie) within 4-7 days, depending on your bank.
Why do you charge a deposit for showings?
We often have our team members drive across town to the unit and nobody shows. This prevents our team from wasting their time.
What if I need to cancel my showing?
If you cancel within 24 hours, you'll receive a full refund.
