For the safety of our staff, showings are only scheduled after an application has been submitted and paid for.
After your paid application has been submitted, you will receive an email (called next steps) to schedule your showing and finish the application process.

There have been multiple instances (nationwide) of rental staff being attacked at property showings.
Also, we often have our team members drive across town to the unit and nobody shows. 50% of people never show. Once someone applies, we know they're serious.
