How do I become a vendor?
Most vendors are companies we've done business with for years, or referrals from existing vendors.
To get added to our approved vendor list, step 1 is to get registered by completing this form.

How long does it take to get registered?
Once we have everything we need (W9, insurance, workers comp paperwork, etc.) it is usually 3 business days.
What is the process to get paid after a job is completed?
Payments are processed after we receive an invoice and we have verification of the completed job either by the tenant or our facilities team.
Please include pictures of the completed work (if applicable) with the invoice. Pictures speed the process along.

How long does it take to get paid after the payment is processed?
If you've signed up for ACH, it takes 5-10 business day to see the money in your bank account.
If you're not on ACH, then a paper check is mailed that adds a week or so. USPS is slow, so your check is "in the mail" quite literally.

I want to be a vendor, but I need to be paid when I complete the job.
In very rare and emergency situations, our facility team can pay onsite.
Immediate payment is reserved for emergency situations like gas leaks, roof leaks, plumbing emergencies, etc.

Who is my point of contact?
Most interactions will be with the facility team. Sometimes, you'll be dispatched by the office team.
No matter who from our side contacts you, it will either be a phone call or email (or both) depending on the severity of the situation).

A tenant called me directly. Can I solve their problem?
Vendors are NEVER<\b> authorized to do work at a tenants request without Edgewater approval.
If work is done without Edgewater approval, there is a high chance you won't be paid.
